Agreement
By accessing https://finalexpensessolution.com or purchasing Final Expense lead inventory from Final Expense Solution, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order services. Campaign-specific pricing, exclusivity, and replacement rules may be stated in a separate order form or written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Who may buy
Our lead inventory is intended for licensed US life insurance agents, brokers, and agencies. You represent that you hold any licenses required to solicit and sell Final Expense or related life products in the states you work, and that you will use leads only for lawful business purposes.
Website use
You may browse the site for informational and business inquiry purposes. You may not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site, submit false inquiry data, or use automated bots against forms except for legitimate accessibility tools.
Lead inventory & compliance
We provide TCPA-aware sourcing and DNC scrubbing as part of our delivery model, but agents remain responsible for product suitability, licensing, disclosures, and carrier compliance on every contact and sale. You agree to honor do-not-call requests, maintain required records, and follow applicable telemarketing and privacy laws in your jurisdictions.
Orders, delivery & replacements
Volume, age bands, exclusivity, states, and delivery channels are confirmed at order time. Replacement eligibility for invalid or bogus contacts follows the written policy for that campaign. Unused inventory, pause requests, and refunds—if any—are governed by the applicable order terms, not by informal chat messages alone.
No guaranteed results
Contact rates, close rates, and issued policies vary by agent skill, offer, timing, and market conditions. We do not guarantee sales, commissions, or carrier approval outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Expense Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or lead purchases. Aggregate liability for a given order is limited to fees paid for that order unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
